1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold one (1) account on kaya88. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Deposits: Funds deposited to your kaya88 account are credited immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. kaya88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

kaya88 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bets placed on kaya88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or sporting event. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to any game before wagering.

• All bets are final once confirmed. kaya88 does not permit cancellation of bets after confirmation, except in cases of a manifest error or system fault.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or software malfunction — kaya88 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes.
• For live sporting events, bets accepted after the actual outcome of the relevant event (late bets) may be voided at kaya88's discretion.
• kaya88 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, or to void bets where the stake appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour or where match-fixing is suspected.
• For live casino games, the decision of the dealer and the automated system is final, subject to game rules and provider dispute procedures.

7. Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kaya88 and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
